AWARDING CERTIFICATE OF INVESTMENT IN LACH HUYEN FREE TRADE ZONE

On December 7, the Management Board of Hai Phong Economic Zone held a ceremony to award the investment certificate of the project of Lach Huyen Non-Tariff Zone – Logistics and Industry (Hai Phong) to the investor Xuan Cau – Lach Huyen Investment JSC.

The project has a total area of ​​752 hectares, located in the area of ​​Lach Huyen international gateway port, Dinh Vu – Cat Hai economic zone. According to information from the investor, the project will start construction in mid-2022, hand over the premises to customers from the beginning of 2023 and is expected to attract about 40,000-50,000 employees after coming into operation.

Non-tariff zone – Logistics and Lach Huyen Industry located in Dinh Vu – Cat Hai economic zone is a general economic zone – a center of marine economy, multi-sector, multi-field serving the needs of socio-economic development association of the port city of Hai Phong, the northern coastal region and the whole country.
